He has completed thousands of studies and evaluated over 7.6 billion in real property improvements across a wide range of asset classes. Chris Hall has over fifteen years of experience in commercial and residential real estate and is also a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (TX 1339849-G) experienced with best practice valuation methodologies. Prior to partnering with Wes at 1245 Consulting, Chris served as Chief Appraiser for a major Houston-based real estate services company, leading a team that performed hundreds of cost segregation studies each year.
